On the occasion of the Military Intelligence Agency - 6 May, I extend cordial and sincere greetings to all members of the Agency.

The Military Intelligence Agency is celebrating more than a 90 year long tradition of military intelligence activities in Serbia, but it also has a modern place and role. Today's military intelligence agency is one of the major security and intelligence system factors, and its members have a huge responsibility to ensure the that Serbia and its citizens are safe.

Last year the work of the military intelligence agency was marked by its involvement in a number of tasks in accordance with contemporary needs and priorities imposed by the changed international environment. Their work and achievements Agency has significantly contributed to strengthening the security of the Republic of Serbia.

I am confident that the members of the Military Intelligence Agency will perform their tasks in future as responsibly, professionally and efficiently, knowing that by strengthening the safety of citizens, they protect the interests and the realization of national objectives of the Republic of Serbia.
