The members of the Military Intelligence Agency marking the Veterans Day

The members of the Military Intelligence Agency (MIA) have marked the December 4th – The Veterans Day. In the addition, Colonel Dejan Pajic presented the retired members of the MIA with commemorative military medals for devoted military service.
On this occasion with the minute of silence the respect was paid to the killed members of the army in the liberation and armed conflicts in SFRY and FRY.
Colonel Pajic has highlighted that the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces have been celebrating with numerous activities the Veterans Day for the second time.
“We mustn’t forget our friends, colleagues, neighbors and fellow citizens who lost their lives defending the country. We remember their heroic deeds “, colonel Pajic said.
“We hope that in future there will not be any wars like those that happened in the last century, but we as the members of the Military Intelligence Agency must always be ready to address all new security challenges and threats. Remembering our comrades who gave their lives for this country, we must turn to future with the goal to accomplish successfully all assigned tasks in order to defend and protect the state interests”, emphasized colonel Pajic.
He has also said that he was greatly honored because he had the opportunity to present the retired MIA’s members with medals.
