Plaques for exceptional cooperation and contribution to the work of the Ministry of Interior

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Dr Nebojša Stefanović presented today the plaques for exceptional cooperation and contribution to the work of the Ministry of Interior to Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin, Major General Petar Cvetković, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, and Brigadier General Zoran Stojković, Director of the Military Intelligence Agency, at the ceremony in the Palace of Serbia.
On that occasion, Minister Stefanović presented the plaques for exceptional cooperation and contribution to the work of the Ministry of Interior also to Ana Brnabić, Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Bratislav Gašić, BIA Director, Marija Obradović, Chairpersons of the Committee on Defence and Home Affairs, and Igor Bečić, Chairman of the Committee for Control over the Security Services.
Thanking for the awarded recognition, Prime Minister Brnabić pointed to the importance of cooperation among institutions, adding that, although it is a symbolic gesture, it should be shown that good cooperation is appreciated because it is primarily in the interest of our citizens.
On this occasion, Minister Stefanović underlined that the plaques were awarded to the people with whom the ministry had excellent cooperation in the previous period.
- We are grateful for such good associates and for the people who helped us to make our work more efficient, as well as for the support we received - Stefanović said, adding that it can be said that they all worked together to make the future of Serbian citizens very good and our country to be stable.
After the plaque-awarding ceremony, Minister Vulin attended the opening ceremony of the conference on cybercrime and information security “Connect Safely”, which will be held in the Serbia Palace during the next two days.
